Cozy 3-star Italian charm, with warm, clean rooms offering beautiful mountain views. Breakfast has ample options including cakes, toast, ham, and fresh coffee. Great location, just a short walk to slopes and town, with a convenient bus stop nearby. Friendly and helpful staff, with excellent service. a great value hotel for a special holiday.

The hotel had a charming and cozy decoration, with beautiful wooden furniture and warm colors that made me feel right at home. The general areas, such as the lounge and dining room, were tastefully decorated and created a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the hotel was easily accessible for senior people, with ramps and handrails that made it easy to navigate the corridors and stairs.
I would have liked to see more assistance from the staff in terms of helping senior guests with their luggage or providing additional support during activities. The children working there were friendly and polite, but I think having more dedicated staff members to cater to the needs of older guests would have enhanced the vacation experience for senior people like myself.
